Welcome to the website of the  Arrandale Hotel Ayr  from the local owners- Iain and Linda.  As we approach the end of summer after a very busy season of  fun, sun and an action packed calendar , we are now preparing for some autumn and winter bargains.  Special deals are many and varied depending on the dates of your visit so phone Linda at the hotel to find out our best option and your very best price.
 
We are perfectly situated here in the oldest part of town surrounded by a lovely mix of architecture, the wonderful  sandy beach and esplanade (perfect for a walk no matter the weather) with the famous views of Ailsa, Arran and on a very clear day the Mull of Kintyre. The Bus Station is a two minute walk as are some very popular restaurants.  The Railway Station at Burns Statue Square is less than a 10 minute walk – and Turnberry Golf Course, Burns Cottage, Culzean Castle etc all within very easy reach.  Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond are easily accessible from a base in Ayr so you can sample all that Scotland has to offer.
 
We have a fund of local knowledge and we can provide the help you need, together with late check-ins and early (cooked) breakfasts to co-ordinate with the Ryanair flight times.
 
There are many good reasons to visit Ayr – The Arrandale Hotel is just one of them.
 
Golf can also be arranged through the hotel (we don’t charge for arranging your trip) and we can arrange the tee times, transport, dining options and in fact the whole agenda so that your break can be dedicated to relaxing and enjoyment, with hopefully a bit of sunshine at no extra charge. . Golf Enthusiasts

Whilst golf is part of our business we do have many “non golfing” visitors to the Arrandale    and we like to take care of each and every guest to our hotel whatever their reason for the visit.  Ayr has lots to offer and we aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.   If you are on a visit to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, we can pre book dinners at our best restaurants (Ayr has many) you can have our special package breaks and enjoy a bottle of your choice and/or chocolates/fruit/flowers in your room to surprise a loved one.  Basically, phone Linda beforehand to discuss any special requests you may have, or any local knowledge you may require.
