The hotel is an interesting building dating back to 1830s , but whilst the building is old we have very up to date ideas on hospitality and first class service is top of our menu. There are many reasons to visit Ayr, the Arrandale Hotel is just one of them.

Golf is indeed a big part of our business at The Arrandale Hotel, and within easy reach of the hotel we boast world famous championship golf courses such as Royal Troon, Turnberry and Prestwick Old Course together with approx 20 others in the portfolio we use to plan a golf break for you. Tailor made to suit you, our local knowledge means you get EXACTLY the golfing break you want, and at the best price. We cater for special breaks of Bed Breakfast/ Bed Breakfast & Evening Dinner, at very special rates. If you staying with us all the golf tee times, transport can be arranged for you together with all the advice and help you may need (we can often manage a bit of sunshine too!) . Accommodation
The hotel comprises 10 nicely appointed and individual en suite bedrooms named after west coast islands and a mix of single, double, twin and family accommodation and each equipped with Hairdryer, Television, Radio, Hospitality Tray. Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor, and all bedrooms are non smoking.
The hotel also boasts a newly refurbished elegant guest lounge, the perfect place to relax with a drink in the evening.
Breakfast is served in our characterful dining room , each breakfast freshly cooked to order with a good selection available on the menu (Vegetarian options available) We are able to provide very early cooked breakfasts and very late check in to coincide with all flight times.

Ayr Racecourse just a few minutes away.
Ayr Racecourse at Whitletts Road, Ayr, Scotland, was opened on 1907. The track is a left-handed, oval track, thirteen furlongs in circumference, with a straight run-in of half a mile.
There are courses for flat and for National Hunt racing. The course stages the highest-quality racing and most prestigious races run in Scotland in both codes of the sport.
